All orders go through a processing period of 24–48 hours before shipment. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once processed, orders are shipped via our trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Order Tracking

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Arcadedad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. However, we’ll do our best to help locate your package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo or video proof of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
